Consumer DIY spray foam kits exist, but they're built for small gaps and touch-up sealing, not whole-attic or whole-wall coverage. Getting the mix ratio right under pressure is what a professional rig is built to control — off-ratio spray is the leading cause of foam that shrinks, cures improperly, or keeps off-gassing past when it should stop. Beyond small sealing jobs, professional installation is the safer and better-performing route.

Garages, Bonus Rooms & Where Foam Makes the Biggest Difference

Almost always, this comes down to an under-insulated garage ceiling, not an undersized AC unit. Garages aren't conditioned space and routinely run well above outdoor temperature in summer sun — that heat rises straight into the floor of whatever room sits above it. Spray foam on the garage ceiling closes that pathway, and it's one of the most targeted, fastest-noticed projects we do.

Garage-only insulation is one of our most common standalone jobs. An uninsulated garage acts like a heat radiator into any bonus room above it or living space beside it, and fixing just that ceiling (and sometimes a shared wall) is a contained project with a direct comfort payoff — no whole-home commitment required.

Foundation Types & Service Area
